About Georgi Ilchev
Senior Bowtech Instructor and a President of the Bowen Therapy Association of Bulgaria.
Graduated from the physiotherapy department of the University of Rousse in 2001. Running a regular Ph.D program on: “Specifying the technique of performance in the manual muscle testing of some muscle or muscle groups” from 2002 – 2007.
Graduated from the “Public Health” department of the Medical University in Sofia, specializing in Health Management in 2007.
Possessing considerable knowledge in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology and functional diagnosis of the human body. Author of seven publications in the field of manual muscle testing and kinesiology and more than twenty publications in the Bowen therapy field.
Running a successful private practice in Physiotherapy since 2001 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
A Bowtech instructor since 2014 and a Senior Bowtech Instructor since 2015.

BOWEN BODY DECODING part 2

BBD Part 2 supplements Part 1. This class enlarges the assessment tools and understanding of the approach, it also reveals the whole BBD concept in full.
The class will feature the followings:
• Further clues and tips for the inverbal conversation and for the observation. Some of these are hugely important.
• Ascending and descending influence, how to assess and interpret. Misalignments in the frontal plane and the clues they provide
• Hip rotation and patterns, differential diagnosis. Tips, assessments and therapeutic moves for the potential muscles involved.
• The importance of the coccyx and it’s interconnection with the rest of the body. Deeper understanding of one of the most powerful and useful Bowen procedures. Assessment and treatment of the coccyx.
• TMJ – interconnections, assessment, treatment.
• Shoulder and the Shoulder girdle – functional assessment and treatment. A diamond piece in the BBD2 workshop. Variations in the application of the Shoulder procedure for patients with a Frozen shoulder
• Swinging the Neck: Finetuning the neck and the neuro tonus. Great supplement for neck and shoulder work as well as for high blood pressure, migranes, headaches, dizziness and so on.
• Ankle – plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinopathy – differential diagnostics.
